  • Born and raised in Fredericton, New Brunswick.

  • Graduated from the University of New Brunswick with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1983.

  • Graduated with a Masters of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Illinois State University in 1985.

  • Worked in the school system for 5 years before starting a private practice.

  • Private practice in Fredericton established in 1990.

  • Registered member of the New Brunswick Association of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists (NBASLPA)

  • Certified member of the Canadian Association of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists (CASLPA)

  • She is a Hanen© Certified Speech-Language Pathologist for "It Takes Two to Talk" (parent program), "More Than Words" (for parents of children on the autism spectrum), and Early Childhood Educators (for preschool teachers)

  • Teaches a graduate-level Education course at the University of New Brunswick called, "Communication Disorders in the Classroom."
